Harness the power of communication to reconnect with yourself and others.
How can coaching help me?
There’s no way around it - effective communication is a necessary skill to have as we navigate life and work. However, finding the right words doesn’t come easily to everyone and speaking those words aloud are only half of the equation. Actively listening, paying attention to body language, and responding to social cues, are all part of effective communication and it’s a delicate balance to master. Once mastered, effective communication can help us to build strong relationships, boost self-confidence, accelerate personal growth, build trust, resolve conflicts, and cultivate a feeling of psychological safety.
We’re living through a time where emails, texts, and social media make communication even more difficult to master. As a coach, I am dedicated to providing you with the support you need to navigate personal and professional relationships effectively. I believe that effective communication can be learned. It is a skill that is imperative to creating healthy relationships, building stronger bonds, and can even catalyze your own personal and professional growth, especially as you re-learn how to communicate with yourself.
“In unhealthy relationships, silence shields a fragile tie. You bite your tongue to keep the peace until minor issues escalate into major conflict.
In healthy relationships, candor builds a stronger bond. You say your piece to show care and grow your capacity to resolve conflict.”
— Dr. Adam Grant
What is my coach approach?
Mindset Mastery: I believe that mastering communication comes from within. I will support you in cultivating a mindset that embraces self-reflection, including examining inner conflicts and old communication habits. I’ll help you overcome limiting beliefs, that inner critic, as well as manage fear and uncertainty, and develop a positive mindset that empowers you to embrace new opportunities for building personal and professional relationships.
Support and Accountability: Changing the way you communicate and your usual mindset can be challenging, but you don't have to face it alone. I will provide unwavering support and accountability throughout your journey. I'll be there to celebrate your successes, provide guidance during setbacks, and keep you motivated and focused on your desired outcomes.
Goal Setting: Improving your communication skills can seem like an overwhelming task and you may not know where to start. I can help you break down your larger goal into smaller, more-achievable goals, including action plans that are a clear roadmap toward improvement. I'll help you break down complex changes into manageable steps and identify potential obstacles to overcome challenges along the way.
Warmth and Empathy: I believe that each individual possesses the inherent ability to shape a life and career that brings them genuine happiness, satisfaction, and triumph. My purpose is to create a safe and encouraging environment where you can explore your challenges, gain a clear understanding of your desires, and take tangible steps towards improving the relationships with yourself and others.

What is coaching?
The ICF defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.”
Whether you’re trying to reach certain goals, reconnect with yourself, or overcome the sense of being “stuck,” a coach supports you in overcoming obstacles, gaining clarity and insight, and developing strategies to navigate life and work with confidence and purpose. It's important to note that a coach does direct or advise. Instead, the underlying belief is that we each possess unique solutions within ourselves. A coach's role is to create a safe space that enables you to explore, reconnect with yourself, and partner with you on the path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
