Ways to work with me.

Unburned Coaching is for burned-out professionals and parents who are ready to stop surviving their own lives and start finding their way back to themselves. Every option is built on the framework from my book, Unburned: A Slightly Messy, Mostly Honest Guide to Life After Burnout. It's personal, honest, and structured around where you actually are, instead of where you think you should be.

Not sure where to start? Take the free burnout assessment. It takes four minutes and shows you where the weight is concentrated and which option is the right starting point.

Two ways to work with me

Burnout recovery looks different for everyone. Some people need a private space to untangle what’s going on. Others need to be in a room with people who get it. Both paths use the same framework from my book, Unburned, and both start with where you actually are.

Not sure which is right for you? Take the free four-minute burnout assessment, or book a free discovery call and we’ll figure it out together.

The Unburned Circle

8 weeks · small group of six to eight

Small-group coaching for burned-out professionals and parents who are ready to do the real work alongside people who understand what they're carrying. Burnout is isolating by design, and recovery in isolation compounds it. By the second session, you'll have a room of people who know your name and your story.

This is not a course, and there are no modules to watch on your own. It's a live coaching experience, small enough that everyone in the room gets seen.

  • Week 1, Recognition. Where are you actually, not the performed version? We debrief the assessment together.

  • Week 3, Reconnection. What did burnout take from you? We begin reclaiming it.

  • Week 3 or 4, private session. A 60-minute one-on-one for your specific situation: work, home, and the inner critic.

  • Week 5, Realignment. Values, purpose, and the gap between who you've been performing and who you are.

  • Week 7, Return. What life after burnout looks like, and a written commitment with an accountability structure.

What's included

  • Four 90-minute group sessions on Zoom, every other week

  • One 60-minute private coaching session at the midpoint

  • Burnout assessment completed before Session 1

  • Written reflection prompts after each session

  • A private cohort thread for connection between calls

  • Session notes after each group call

  • A copy of Unburned (shipped or digital)

  • A 30-minute group reunion call at 90 days

Because the group is small, we use a short application to ensure the cohort is a genuine fit for everyone. Most applicants are accepted.

“The willingness to show up changes us, it makes us a little braver each time.” - Brené Brown

How to get started

  1. Take the free assessment. It takes four minutes and points you to the right starting place.

  2. Book a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk about where you are, what you're looking for, and whether we're a good fit.

  3. If it feels right, we start within the week.

My promise and refund policy

This is a live coaching relationship, not a course you consume passively. What you get out of it depends on what you bring. The structure, the framework, and the facilitation are guaranteed; the outcome depends on both of us showing up fully.

What I can promise: I will tell you the truth. I will not manage you. I will hold a clear-eyed picture of where you are and where you're capable of going, and I will stay with you for the full length of the container.

One-on-one packages. If it isn't the right fit after your first session, I'll refund the remaining sessions in full. No awkward conversations. No questions asked.

The Circle. If it isn't the right fit after Session 1, I'll refund the remaining balance in full and help you find the right next step, including one-on-one coaching if that's the better container. One session is enough to know.
